I heard some noise coming from my ceiling. I contacted Rottler on the recommendation of a friend. Upon inquiring Joe F. responded the same day and was out the following morning to assess the situation. The squirrels had created an entry point through the soffit on my roof. Joe was out each morning and contacted me with updates. Upon removing the squirrels he sealed the hole in my soffit and my attic is now squirrel free! We have been Rottler customers for nearly a year now, and are very pleased with the service! Pete B. is our tech and he is always prompt with scheduling regular maintenance, responsive to other needs that come up, and timely with appointments. Our old house had a mouse problem when we moved in which is now under control, as well as other regular issues like some spiders and ants. We feel that our home is in good hands!
