Always very friendly. They are always there when they day they will be and always calls first. We have had their termite and pest service for years. use to have a problem with ants and they took care of them right away. They found an entry spot where they was getting in by our back door in the concrete. patched the concrete and no ant problem since. would not consider changing pests control at this time.
