Haven’t used the service by just had a driver tailgating me and almost hit my car with my son in the back seat. Really not happy. Will not use them just because of this.

Our service person, Brandon, is helpful, knowledgeable, and hard-working. He's also pleasant, friendly and easy to work with. We're seeing results. Rottler seems to definitely know how to eliminate pests.

Today I had Rottler come out to bid a job. I was looking for someone to treat our back covered patio for wasps and carpenter bees. Craig Heidger who was the technician they sent out kept trying to up sell me into reoccurring treatments that I already have being taken care of by other companies. I made it extremely clear that I was only looking to have the specific area treated and he continued to push me into other services.
