Absolutely horrible customer service. I had scheduled a time for a technician to come to my house due to some flooding in my utility room. The original time frame was from 3pm-5pm. I called at 5:15pm because no one had reached out to me only to be told someone should be out within the next couple of hours. At approximately 8pm i called back in to find out what was going on only to be told that they had no service technicians available. They were the worst, they milked the job for days to charge me a fortune as well as cut my tv/internet line which took days to fix. Choose anyone else

God Bless LOUIS at the Paramount, CA Roto Rooter and God Bless Roto Rooter too! And God Bless Romona the Dispatcher too! I am so grateful they could respond late at night and came right out. Many other **** ****h, Ca plumbers had declined doing a last minute job late at night. But Roto Rooter accepted and was here in 30 minutes!!! Louis did a great job troubleshooting and diagnosing. Absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered. Read this company's reviews and see how much they care. The dispatch ***** * * * * * * 2 called me at 8:04pm. My tech was supposed to arrive between 6-8 and I was assured I would get a half hour notice. They literally followed through on nothing. The dispatcher sound like someone who was able to grunt his way through the call and offer no solutions. He sounded like someone who had hit the top of their ability ladder. I called Roto Rooter located on **** ******* *r, Schaumburg, IL 60173 because we have a plumbing issue. The drain in our commercial unit keeps overflowing. They sent out a technician to discuss what they felt needed to be done to repair the drain problem. Before beginning the work I requested a video of the drain being snaked so I could see what the problem was and if I wanted to proceed. I didn't receive the video. I called to have our Kitchen Sink drain rooted out and was quoted $585. I told him we wouldn't pay that amount and he said he had a $75 coupon. He then said he could "negotiate" something that I thought was "fair". I was texting my husband to see what we had paid in the past and my husband called back to talk to him. Beware the bait and switch from this company. When they tell you they are giving you a discount, don't believe it, it's all apparently a shell game to them once they have your credit card information. Trying to get a call back from anyone, from the person who wrote up the discounted quote to the general manager, is an exercise in futility. Take your business and your hard earned money to a company with higher ethical standards than this operation.
