Roto-rooter plumbers, 7/5/11 Had a kitchen sink problem over the holiday weekend. Called Roto-rooter at 7:30am, the plumber was at the house at 9am. Very professional and friendly, got the job done right and quick!
Roto-Rooter Plumbers March 2, 2011 When we first had a serious drain problem, the service was immediate and very efficient. The plumber gave qan excellent explanation of what had occurred and what would be necessary at that moment and in the near future. The subsequent service was equally efficient and resassuringly provided by the same technician. We are most impressed with the professionalism as well as the quick response here in Austin,.
roto-rooter 1/7/11 I used roto-rooter twice in the past two years and have been very impressed with their plumbers. they came out late at night and showed up very quickly. they solved the problem for a reasonable price and what impressed me the most is how careful they were to not ruin any of my stuff. You would have no i dea that they had to dig up my flower bed or remove my toilet when they were all done. I would highly recommend them
okay they were able to come quick, which was fantastic. but $200+ for an hour's work to snake a drain seemed excessive. the work was fine, but I thought pricey for such basic plumbing. I would use a different company next time due to roto-rooters prices.
Roto-Rooter Plumbers Dec. 3, 2010 The plumber Roto-Rooter sent out to our house was helpful. He got the clog fixed, gave us advice on how to avoid the problem again, and showed up what happened. I'm glad to have a good plumber I can rely on here in Austin, Texas
Satisfaction from a service company! I called Roto-Rooter after talking with no less than three other plumbers in the area that could not work me into their schedule until at least the following day. Roto-Rooter took my call, had a technician at my house within the hour who was knowledgable, fast, efficient, clean and professional. The work came in under estimate (how often does that happen!), and most importantly, it was done right with a guarantee. I will make them my first call if ever I have another plumbing need!
UNETHICAL BUSINESS Way over priced!! Their labor charge was over twice all the other estimates and then there was a lot of extra un- specified expense added in.
