The great experience with the company began with the initial conversation during my call to request service. Oct 4th 2010 Roto-Rooter plumbers: Our guy did an excellent job- we had a back up in the bathrooms and water was going everywhere- We called Roto Rooter on a late Monday afternoon and he was there in a jiffy- not only that but he went above and beyond we live on an incline in Westlake so to get to out clean out is a challenge ( this happened b4 3 years ago and :those" people wouldnt even think of going down the hill. RotoRooter that's the name and away those troubles down the drain had flooding in my kitchen due to a backed-up sink drain called Rotorooter to get an estimate they came just as promised within the hour. Alexis gave me some tips to help keep my pipes and disposal clean ..very efficient we were pleased to be able to have our whole kitchen back again thanks RotoRooter, thanks Alexis
Roto-Rooter Plumbers 12/9/2010 I called and got a human being who answered the phone, which was nice. They came out within and hour. The plumber was nice and did the job quickly and well. I was charged a low amount for the work. I like the job they did.
We love Roto Rooter We just called this morning at 8:30am because our disposal was stuck. Within 30 minutes Roto Rooter had sent Mark out to fix the problem. He explained everything thoroughly after solving the problem and even gave us some great tips to avoid the situation happening again. We really appreciate Roto Rooter's customer service and quality

Satisfaction from a service company! I called Roto-Rooter after talking with no less than three other plumbers in the area that could not work me into their schedule until at least the following day. Roto-Rooter took my call, had a technician at my house within the hour who was knowledgable, fast, efficient, clean and professional. The work came in under estimate (how often does that happen!), and most importantly, it was done right with a guarantee. I will make them my first call if ever I have another plumbing need!
