Roto-Rooter Plumbers 8-5-11 – My experience was great. The process of getting an appointment was easy & informative. Our Saturday appointment was a regular service call & not extra. The plumber, Dax, was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and very efficiently resolved it. He even went through the house to make sure everything still worked. Dax even told me how to help prevent mold where the water had been leaking in the wall. I highly recommend the service.

Great Roto Rooter Services – On Friday evening, July 1, 2011, the weekend of the July 4th holiday, I called Roto-Rooter needing service ASAP. Water leaking in the office area. Their first man on call was busy so they sent a back-up plumber, Dax. He was great. He put my mind to ease and the cost was quite reasonable given that it was an emergency call. Thanks Roto-Rooter and Dax....sorry to disturb your shower!!:):)
Great Plumbing Effort – I have cleared my main line from my house to the sewer on my own several times over the past few years, about every six months in needs it again. I was tired of doing in and was also busy, so I called around. Roto-Rooter was about the same price as the next cheapest (within $2), and they were going to send out the next available person.
