Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1/20/2011 – I will use Roto-Rooter again and again. Matt our service Tech was very helpful and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I was very impressed with how fast they got to my house within the hour of my call. I will only use Roto-Rooter for my plumbing needs.

Good Service – Very professional. Explained everything they were going to do before doing it including the costs. Explained what the issue was in a way that was easy to understand and explained what might issue may continue in the future and how to prevent/treat it. I would definitely recommed them.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers - 1/12/11 – Great service from these folks. On time and according to estimate. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous workers got our sewer piping back in order so we could get on with our lives. And they did it all on such a chilly day with four inches of new snow on the ground. We're very happy with the work.

It was OK – Employee could have been more personable. He told me that we had never used their services before, yet I knew we had. He told me that the sewer line wrapped around the house and went through the back yard, yet I told him it went through the front yard to the street (ended up I was right). He was punctual. However, the price paid was WAY more than we have ever spent to have this service done.

Roto-Rooter 01/09/11 – After having a blocked pipe late on a Sunday night, I called Roto-Rooter to get the pipe unclogged. They came before the estimated time, answered all of our questions, made recommendations, and the price was within the estimate given over the phone.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 12/25/2010 I had a blocked drain to my septic and a house full of guest expected within hours on Christmas day 2010. I called and was surprised to have a person answer. The voice on the other end took some information and said a technician would contact me shortly. Within a short period of time Mike called and informed me of his availability. Prompt and Courteous – The response was prompt and courteous. The technician was polite and informative. Moreover, he showed persistence in dealing with my drain problem, and worked until my drain was free-flowing again. I appreciate the great service.
