Very fast service. The technician that came to help us was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He figured our problem out and got it fixed very fast as we were on a budget and he was sensitive to that. I will be called Roto-Rooter the next time we have plumbing issues.

My son noticed at 10 pm Saturday night that we had an inch of water in our basement bathroom and laundry room. I called Roto Rooter and within an hour Mark was at my house. He was able to find the problem and fix it within an hour. It was so nice to not have to worry.
