Tyler was Polite and professional. The service was great and I would recommend Roto-Rooter to others. I used a local service and did not get the problem solved after two visits, Tyler had our sewer problem fixed in one visit with a 6 month guarantee :)

We live on the south hill area in Spokane and have used Roto- Rooter annually for "snake" service. This year Tyler, our technician, attempted 3x with different sizes to snake our main line. It was discovered our pipes had collapsed on the way to the city hook up. We were in dire straights as we could not even flush our toilets due to the extreme blockage. I had two Roto Rooter Plumbing calls two days in a row. I'm called early in the morning and Roto Rooter was at my door within an hour. Thank you Tyler for fixing my plugged kitchen sink. And, most of all, thank you Tom Williams for digging down to my Septic to find the problem with my septic line. You're the BEST! On January 5 our kitchen/bath drain line was draining slow. We tried the plunger and Drano to no avail. The next morning we called Roto-Rooter. By 10:00 AM Tom was at the house ready to get to work. He was careful to use tarps to protect the floors and walls from the ugly splatter that accompanies cleaning the drain pipes. He took time to explain what was causing our problem and recommended a drain cleaner from Roto-Rooter that would keep the soap and grease from building up in the pipes. A frozen pipe broke outside. Roto-Rooter was called about 9am on Friday morning and Jeff came to save the day at 4:30pm. his quotes were reasonable and he knew what he was talking about. Thanks Jeff.
