The plumbers were quick to respond. I called in the morning and we had someone to the house that afternoon. Very friendly. Only 3 stars because it was expensive.

plumbing services were required during the remodeling of a bathroom in my residence. Instead of going with a local plumber I decided to call Rotorooter because I was always pleased with their services while living on the east coast. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I would highly recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

GREAT SERVICE!! called on a Saturday morning and they were at my house within 30 minutes. Fixed the main sink problem right away. We bought the house about a year ago so they gave advise on septic tank and drain field. Also, showed me all the pipes and what to do if little things happen. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I called Roto-Rooter in Spokane to pump my septic. They are in the middle of a move and have several new staff members in their office. This caused scheduling to be a bit of a challenge. They showed up late both days they were scheduled to be there but did make it on the day. They did call and reschedule one day we had previously agreed on. This was not a big deal. I have used roto-rooter for a number of different problems. Today they came out and pumped out my septic tank. Even tho they were a little late, the driver (koltonj) was very apologetic, he answered all my questions in a business like manner and was a very pleasant young man. The service was done in a timely manner with Kolton answering my many questions. I will use this service anytime I have a need and will recommend it to my friends. gary whitcomb

Very Knowledgeable Tom arrived early and put us at ease. Our main sewer line was back up, and we had to have the line cleared out through the toilet due to tree roots. He along with the office staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Unlike another local N. ID company that wanted to waterjet our line to clear it then use a camera to see what the problem was, your tech knew how to fix the issue right away. We would highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

They were very professional, and very, very fast, even though I needed extensive work done. They came out on Christmas Eve, replaced my entire water heater that had busted, and got everything up to code. I was very happy with my service, the prices, and would use Roto-Rooter again in the future.
