GREAT SERVICE!! called on a Saturday morning and they were at my house within 30 minutes. Fixed the main sink problem right away. We bought the house about a year ago so they gave advise on septic tank and drain field. Also, showed me all the pipes and what to do if little things happen. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I called Roto-Rooter in Spokane to pump my septic. They are in the middle of a move and have several new staff members in their office. This caused scheduling to be a bit of a challenge. They showed up late both days they were scheduled to be there but did make it on the day. They did call and reschedule one day we had previously agreed on. This was not a big deal. I have used roto-rooter for a number of different problems. Today they came out and pumped out my septic tank. Even tho they were a little late, the driver (koltonj) was very apologetic, he answered all my questions in a business like manner and was a very pleasant young man. The service was done in a timely manner with Kolton answering my many questions. I will use this service anytime I have a need and will recommend it to my friends. gary whitcomb

They were very professional, and very, very fast, even though I needed extensive work done. They came out on Christmas Eve, replaced my entire water heater that had busted, and got everything up to code. I was very happy with my service, the prices, and would use Roto-Rooter again in the future.

I had a great experience with them this weekend. I called on Saturday for a sewer backup. They were able to respond within 30 minutes. The problem took some time, but it was taken care of. We also had a smaller problem with our bathtub. The technician diagnosed the problem and attempted to snake it, but was not able to. He gave me some inexpensive ideas to replace the bad line which I did that night with no problems. Great company with quick response times and friendly technicians.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 04/16/12 – Just Had Roto out and gentleman was fast. price was a little steep but what do you do. they came out every year and do a maint. now, so i can avoid pricey bills!

Quick response, he was in and out with the problem solved in just a few minutes. It's too bad they can't charge per 15 minutes instead of by the hour, or pro rate it.

Our house is over 100 years old and our main line was backing up due to roots. Derrick cleaned it out within an hour and was very accomodating by moving things around our crowded basement in order to get his machine in. We now have a 6-month window to call Roto Rooter if we have another problem, no extra charge. Hopefully the roots will not become a frequent issue but Derrick helped me to better understand how common this situation is in Spokane. Our sewer backed up into our basement and Rick came out and fixed the matter quickly! I will call him again should the need ever arise and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber!
