A frozen pipe broke outside. Roto-Rooter was called about 9am on Friday morning and Jeff came to save the day at 4:30pm. his quotes were reasonable and he knew what he was talking about. Thanks Jeff.
We had a horrible leak in our kitchen from the sink area when we returned from a family day outing and it was on a Sunday and we had no clue who to call but luckily, my husband looked up Plumbers on Google and Roto-Rooter at 6214 East Alki Avenue came up. We called and left a message to have someone call us on Monday and hopefully get us an appt. one day this week. My experience with Roto-Rooter was great! They were quick to arrive on site! Tyler was fast & efficient to get the problem solved, and very informative about on going care that will be needed to prevent more roots in our sewage pipes! I would definitely call them again with any drainage problems or issues!

I called Roto-Rooter(RR) after getting a $467.00 quote from gold seal. All I need was a faucet replaced. Not only did Jeff, from RR come out right away but gave me a quote and I could live with. I also call Spokane Affordable Plumbing-they made an appointment, never showed up or called with an explanation. I am very pleased with Roto-Rooter service and highly recommend they for all your plumbing needs.
My experience with Roto Rooter was extremely positive. Tyler, the associate that they sent, was at my house a half hour after I called. I was experiencing a worse problem than anticipated, but Tyler explained everything clearly and professionally. He was very friendly, and resolved the problem in a timely manner.
