I got a clog toilet due to my daughter flushing a cellphone toy. I was so stressed and worried because I don't know how will the plumbers will get the toy out without having to take out the toilet. Tim and Richard came got the job done. They got the toy out in less than 5 mins. I was really expecting they might to take the toilet out but they didn't have to. The service tech and his trainee arrived on time (less than an hour after I made the call), were very polite and personable, quickly assessed the job (secondary pipe from laundry room clogged), gave me an estimate (which was a bit high, but they kindly told me about a $50 coupon available online). They did the job efficiently, gave me some advice on drain enzymes, and I was over all very pleased. I'll call and ask for this tech in the future if problems arise.

My sewer was totally backed up draining out of the first floor toilet, they were right out in the late evening although the snake could not reach the problem (it was across the street at the sewer line) he had set up someone to arrive in the morning to use a camera to find where the problem was and sent a someone out with a water jet and while they were waiting for him they found the buried clean out and dug to it and it was ready for the water jet machine, above and beyond in my opinion and raised it up to ground level. The two technicians who showed up, on time, were very pleasant and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They even pointed out some easy things we could do to keep our system running smooth. I needed help because of an overflowing toilet and backed up bathtub. After the clean-up (3 AM), I got online to look up Roto Rooter's number, and was pleased to see that I could schedule service through the website, and even pick my most convenient two-hour window for them to arrive! Ron K. was dispatched, and despite a two-hour drive time (Bellevue/Seattle Saturday traffic), he got right to work, was pleasant, and patiently explained what he was doing and what his findings were. Sewage backed up in basement/carpets/bathroom etc. Not much time for "estimates" from several companies. Unfortunately, called Roto-rooter -- they DID come out quickly and after an hour told me it would cost approx. $7,000 to complete repair. What was I to do? After seeing what they did and the minimal time involved (total 5 hours), I complained but to deaf ears. Tech arrived within 2.5 hours of us calling dispatch. He was fast and efficient in his working, he cleared both shower and toilet blockages and explained everything so we could understand it and prevent it in the future. Thanks, hopefully we won't need to use you again, but if we do, we will call.
