Review for Roto Rooter – I have to agree with Karen. Terrance was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I would recommend roto-rooter to someone who needs a problem fixed quickly. I called at about 4PM and they were at my house by 6:30PM.
Review for Roto-Rooter Plumbing 8/12/2010 – Roto-Rooter Plumbers 8/12/2010 My main was clogged and leaking saw Roto rooter truck over my neighbors house so my husband went over and talked to Terrance. Terrance came right over after finishing my neighbors job. Can't say enough good about him what a wonderful person. Roto-Rooter Plumbers Aug 6 & 7, 2010 – My main line was clogged on Aug 6. I called Roto-Rooter and within 2 hours Terrence from Stratford was at my front door. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was professional, knowledgeable, and above all, patient with me. He could not snake out my line because of the configuration, and had to completely re-route it. He explained every step of the process, and his work was awesome. Away went troubles down the drain – Our main line was clogged on Sunday of Memorial Day 2010 weekend. Within 2 hours of calling, 2 professionals from Roto-Rooter came and power-snaked the line. They were done before the dispatcher said they'd even get to our house; the gentlemen were courteous and thorough (the service includes a chemical treatment for us to apply later on, and a follow-up endoscopy of the line to confirm the success of the job).
