Excellent and Concientious Service – On 06/03/2011 I called the Roto-Rooter and I was sent an Angel. The youngman was polite, honest, and very concientious and most of all professional. James did a great job on my problem. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone on Staten island in need of a plumber.

He told me the truth about what was wrong with my pipe. He did not exxagerate about the problem. I have been dealing with Roto-Rooter for a number of years and had many service representative respond to problems with my sewer and pipe. This young man is one of the best. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone on Staten Island in need of a plumber.

He explained everything and when I had questions he answered them. He went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered. Good, quick service – A plumber came out with a trainee within 2 hours of my call. They were friendly, found the problem quickly and fixed it right away with minimal damage (though they had to cut a hole in a wall to fix the problem). They didn't leave a mess either. Other than the cigarette butt they left in my driveway, I was pleased with the service.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 2-27-2011 – Called the plumber in Stratford, ct on Saturday night at 8pm about a leaky toilet issue. They gave me a window of 8-12 on Sunday. They called at 7:45am to let me know the technicians would be there by 9. Technicians showed up before 9, diagnosed the problem, explained it in detail, fixed it, cleaned up and left in less than an hour. Technicians were very professional.

NEVER HAD TO CALL A PLUMBER BEFORE.... – I can't say enough good things about Roger and Roto Rooter......he was there to help us within a 45 min's on a Saturday night! In the interim, we were struggling to locate our main water turn valve for a 1/2 hour before we could find it! Roger had a real calming effect on my husband and myself. Roto-Rooter Did A Great Job! – I can only say how pleased I was with the service I received from Roto-Rooter. Also, they work seven days a week. A phone call is made advising when the technicican is arriving so I didn't need to wait and wonder when they were coming.
