Very professional! – My kitchen sink was leaking and through references from friends and coworkers, I called roto-rooter. I am very satisfied with their services. The estimate was free which was a plus. Job was professionally done by Louis. I felt the pricing was fair as well. I will highly recommend this company. Roto-Rooter Plumbers September 25, 2011 – This past weekend, a pipe burst that left me with no water. Best plummer – I had Roto-Rooter out to do some plumming work after the hurricane. The plummer they sent was outstanding, he was clean, polite + a great represenitive of the company. I was so pleased with the work I had him back out to do some other plummbing work, again great service + very professional. Roto-rooter of Stratford, CT – We had used Roto-rooter before for a leaky shower (on the recommendation of my son-in-law). This time we had to replace an old waste line in our laundry room. IIt was an extremely hot day and within an hour of the job being started, we lost power in our neighborhood. Louis H. had to drive home to get a bigger generator tocomplete the job.. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing issue and kudos to Louis H for a job well done!
Roto-Rooter Plumbers 7/16/11 – Woke to discover water pooling all over the first floor carpet. Called Roto-rooter and the plumber, James, arrived within the hour. He determined that there was a cracked pipe behind a wall. He did a great job in determining the problem, fixed and snaked out the pipe as well to ensure there was no other blockage. He was honest and professional and I would recommend him to anyone in Staten Island needing plumbing services
Prompt, polite, efficient plumbing service – We had a plumbing issue in our bathroom so we tried Roto-Rooter of Stratford, CT. The telephone receptionist was excellent, the service person arrived when he said he would, and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. Great Service from 2 hard working guys – 6/11/11 - The responce time was less than 1 hour. The main was plugged. They could have gone thru the small trap, but they saw that the main caps (4.5 inch caps) were not exposed in the house trap. The builder had left these covered. I said they did not need to uncover it as long as the line was opened. Called Roto-Rooter on 6/8/11 at 9:15am and they arrived by 10:00am. Work was completed neatly and effeciently by 10:40. I would call and use them again if necessary. Worth every penny spent.
