We live in the Las Vegas area and the plumber that was sent out did a great job of fixing my clogged drain. There price is a little high but they do great work and a warrant you can buy. My husband asked if he could install our new toilet as it was not scheduled but he installed it with not problem. Very satified with there service.

Overpriced. Paid $370 to get my PVB replaced and then found out a week later that my friend's landscaper (as well as many others) was running a special for $190 since so many people have PVB problems in the winter. Roto-rooter wouldnt price match and gave ZERO assistance when my water bill mysteriously tripled after they "fixed" my problem!!! Do your homework, get multiple quotes....Call someone else!

Johnny was incredible. I called when our system backed up into the house. First I was told it would not be till the next day. After pleading for mercy and help I was told it would be late in the evening, after 7 p.m., but they would try. He actually showed up around 5 p.m., had the problem fixed within half an hour. Very clean, very courteous. He's the only one I want back to handle my homes needs. Thank You Roto Rooter and Johnny.

I had a broken water pipe that needed immediate attention. Within 30 minutes, I had Johnny R. out here and he gave me a good price and did an excellent job fixing the problem. I would highly recommend this place of business to anyone in need of dependable repairs.

We had a sudden clog in the main drain pipe late in the afternoon and a tech arrived 2 hours later as promised. The technician was very professional and well informed. This is the second time we've used Roto-Rooter and continue to get the same great service as the first time. Will call again!

I had a terrible water leak in my garage from my water conditioning unit. I called Roto-Rooter plumber in North Las Veas, NV. The scheduling people were polite and extremely helpful. They scheduled me right away and gave me a time that the technician would be at my door. The technician arrived 15 minutes early (he called to make sure I was at home and available before coming early). He was polite and professional. Jared came out to our house within 30-40 minutes of when I called Roto-Rooter. The woman who took down my information was kind and courteous. Jared was friendly, funny & knowledgable. He knew exactly how to check the drains for the presumed toy that our 18 month old flushed down the toilet. He discovered it was a rubber bouncy ball and informed us we would need a new toilet. He gave us a reasonable estimate. Thank you so much!
