Bill was awesome and went above and beyond. He was here in a little over an hour and our problem was dealt with in a very professional manner. We will definitely call him again if we have another problem.

Everything was great. From the online appt scheduling to the problem being fixed. I made my appt. online on a Sunday nite, and within minutes I had a conformation email with the window of time i had requested. Mon. morning about an hour before the scheduled time I received a phone call confirming and also an approximate time he would be there. \$209 is too much for a four inch pipe replacement of water supply line; in 10mins, including getting that pipe from his service transportation to charging me. the plumber looked ill. like gasping his breath when talking. I could hardly understand the higher quote to the other bathroom. All he said is it needs more time and fixing thats why he is quoting me \$275. wherein I think he will do the same amount of time and labor.
We had a service man come out yesterday, on Super Bowl Sunday for a water leak. The technician was extremely polite and helpful and fixed the problem in no time. All around a great service with reasonable rates.
We have had a sewer issue for over a week. We had a company come out and tell us they would have to dig up our front yard and replace our sewer lines for $5500.00. My Dad suggested we called Roto Rooter of Las Vegas on Brooks 702-646-7501 and the pleasant man that came out (within an hour of the time we called) was able to clear out our lines in less than a hour and a half and run a camera down the line to prove to us it was clean and all was well. I had my toilet fixed the day after Thanksgiving. Both the lady who took my call and the plumber who responded were very courteous and professional. The response time was excellent. They gave me a window of between 11:00 and 1:00 and the plumber arrived at 11:30. The plumber explained the problem and showed me everything through the repair process. I love that Roto-Rooter is available 24hrs a day. Sam helped my family out in the most professional and prompt manner. He was very determined to get the job done right, which I highly appreciate! Nobody likes to have sewage backed up in their home. Especially not when the professionals end up having to snake the main drain all the way down to the city sewer line! I will definitely be referring all of my friends and family to Roto-Rooter!
