We had a serviceman come to our home yesterday. He was very polite and quickly diagnosed our problem. He was able to fix our plumbing issue in very little time and had our system back working like normal. The costs were very reasonable and quite frankly came in far less then we expected. I would give this company the highest rating possible based on the quality of their employees!
Just received service from our Local Roto Rooter service agent. The techs name was Sam, he was friendly, prompt, very knowledgeable, pretty much everything you would want in your service technician. He offered some very good advice in order to prevent future issues. Also from the time I called (approx. 9:15 am ) the tech was here within an hour ( no rediculous windows of time in which you wait for hours for the tech to show up ) Overall I would highly recommend Roto Rooter if you ever have any serious plumbing issues. Billy (Bear) #364 was my technician. Gave me a quote and stuck with it. I had a very challenging blockage. He found it and fixed it. Very professional and did not leave a mess.Service, warranty and pricing were excellent. I will use them again if needed and highly recommend Roto-Rooter! I admit it. I'm as skeptical as the next guy. But then again, after procrastinating for over 6 months with "band-aid" remedies, and family flying into Vegas in the coming weeks, it was time to get real fixes for a few things around the house. I have used this specific Roto-Rooter twice. Both times the technician has been polite, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. My specific repairs and services were performed flawlessly. I had a sink replaced in a bathroom and my water heater serviced.
Very professional and answered all my questions. I had a problem in my shower and they came out on Sunday! Although the part he needed he couldn t get until the next day, he switched the part with the good one from the bath tub (handle was leaking) so we could at least take a shower that night. Then they came back out and repaired the faulty one in the tub. Professional and gets the job done. Thanks.
