My first experience with roto rooter was on Thursday May 17. I called at approx 9:15am. And a roto rooter man was at my door just a few minutes past 10:00 am. Found my problem within ten minutes and told me my options. He also gave me an estimate. That way if i wanted I could have called for a second opinion or shop prices. Roto- Rooter Plumbers – Roto Rooter Plumbers in Las Vegas are awesome. They came and helped me with some issues we had with our plumbing and were very courteous, helpful, informative and fast. They even called us a few days after to make sure all was well. Had a wonderful experiece with them and would definitely recommend them to others!!
Roto-rooter sent a technician when they said they would. He was reputable and knowledgable. He rebuilt the inside of a toilet and a faucet. He charged $400, with "discounts." I ask plumbing companies: Why don't you share your profits by giving your technicians liveable incomes, rather than making them earn commissions off the backs of consumers? Most of us can no longer afford to hire you. Thank God for DIY!
Thank you Francisco – Last night around 11:30pm we called Roto-Rooter Las Vegas because our main drain was backed up and started flooding our downstairs. The woman said she will call the Plumber on call and he will call us withn 30 minutes. Francisco called us within 15 minutes and we told him that we would need someone out asap because our downstairs has water all over the place. He said that he will be there in 30 minutes. Roto-Rooter Plumber – It is difficult if not impossible to receive decent trade service in the Las Vegas Valley. I've been ripped off more times than can be counted, but for a plumber, this is the only number to call. Dave was my service person and he was knowledgeable and personable. Thank you. My only "complaint" was that the office person could not give me an up-front cost or even estimate even though I knew exactly what I needed.
roto-rootert – why ,only 3 stars..because we are still recovering ,,the leak started from a broken clothes washer hose and very soon the whole bottom floor was ankle deep in water in some places..roto rooter(RR) came within an hour changed the defective hoses..the best thing the tech did was give me a card about a cleaning crew who showed up at around 10 pm and stayed till 230am this morning..they are here working again this definitely is a review for RR but more so for the kindness of the tech to let us know about this comp... read more
Roto-Rooter Plumbers – My nephew recommended calling Roto-Rooter when we discovered a leak under the sink that morning.
