I had another company scheduled to come out this morning. They called and canceled my appointment. I gave Roto Rooter a call and they were out there with in an hour and a half. Jeff was on time and very professional.

I made a review awhile back. And although their technicians still didn't accomplish what I had to pay another company to do, the manager stepped up and refunded my money. He had originally offered to do so, but there was some kind of technical malfunction and he never received a copy of the other company's invoices. Call for clogged drain informed them no clean out, would need to snake from roof, okay I’m told only when plumbers arrive show up and say we don’t do that but we can install a clean out for $1000,s.
