Called and made appointment the night before, waited 6 hours with no call. I called Mr. ROOTER and they came out within an hour. Completely unprofessional and the woman who called after I called another company did not care that she lost my business. Never again .

Roto Rooter is a huge rip off. They came out and looked at the clean out pipes and said this is a city problem, charged me $163.95. He said the city main is backed up and over flowing. He told me to"Call the City". I Called the city they came out and was here till after 11pm last night. They said the problem the problem was not on their side, call your plumber back. I did, they set me another appointment for 4pm today. "no show, too tired". I Asked for some one else to come out they said no.. I Asked for supervisor or manage... read more
