They were early and they did an excellent job, kept me informed, and explained what they were doing. He spends his extra time working with teenagers he knew.
We called Roto-Rooter on a Saturday afternoon because our plumbing was clogged up. A service technician was out within an hour. Fast friendly service.
We had a plumbing issue in our laundry room. After having 2 other plumber from other companies come out Paris was called out to service the line. He was incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to solve the problem and offered solutions for if it were to happen again. He was friendly and professional. I like that he reached out to shake my hand introduce himself. Very professional. I would definitely recommend this company again!
Great service Alec did a fantastic job
Charged way too high . Technician came first time did know how to solve the problem and left all the mess on floor. Came back the next day with another technician but the company did not know. Only fixed slow drains on the toilet but charged over 200.00
We moved here about 4 months ago. The first day we were here the washer backed up. Scheduling was easy so we decided to use them. Great results. Had a problem with the bath side backing up Friday night. We scheduled again from the internet for Monday. They sent confirmations and I called Monday morning to make sure we were on the docket.
