Very professional and knowledgeable technician Lonzy, showed up in face masked and maintained social distancing. Jumped right in and got the job done promptly. Very pleased with my service. I would definitely recommend RotoRooter to my friends and family. A little pricey but remarkable service.

Came to our house 4/8/20 told us they couldn’t help us. But if we paid $550 for them to run camera they could fix our block. Charged us just under $140 to not do anything because we said no to the cameras. We called another company that came out today and fixed it in less than 20 min. For $140. We called and emailed Roto-Rooter to get our money back and they haven’t responded.
The techs smarted off to the man I had there working on my house. They also told me one amount and then after the check was written said I had made it out for the wrong amount. They did go ahead and adjust the $5. After they left I did double check with the other person standing there what amount the said and agreed I did make it out for that amount. They also got real hateful when I asked for a written receipt and said I had been told several times by the dispatcher they don’t leave receipts. They is not true, I was never t... read more

Sometimes mistakes are made unfortunately, that said I’m sure it wasn’t intentional and I’m glad they adjusted the bill $5 to match what you had already wrote. They were on time and the technician was polite and reasonably up front about the price. Only thing I would suggest is that when providing the quote, clarify that the quote doesn’t include parts that the technician discovers are needed during the repair process. Main part of the repair (stopping water from leaking out of the toilet and toilet supply line) was done and price wasn’t unreasonable.
