Ashley was not only very thorough but extremely patient as she walked through the ins and outs of my new CPAP machine. She also took time to go over my sleep study with me to help me better understand how I'm currently breathing. That was huge because I really didn't understand everything about the results. I left feeling like I had gained an important resource that I can count on to be there for me as I become accustomed to this new way of breathing and resting. Thanks, Ashley!
