Wow! Is Right! We were astounded at the speed and accuracy of service we received from this family-owned business! We ordered flowers from R & R on-line to send to our lawyer as a big Thank You for all the work she and her partner had put into our case. (Our case was successful, but had it not been, we would have sent her the finest floral arrangement anyway.) Amazing arrangements If you want a beautiful floral arrangement then order from Rossi & Rovetti. I live in the Los Angeles area and needed to send some flowers to one of our accounts in San Francisco. As soon as I clicked on their webpage I was blown away by all of the choices of arrangements to choose from. The person I sent this to was so impressed as were others in her office. I even order another arrangement the next day for her counterpart. I highly recommend this florist

World Class Flower Arrangements! Fastest Service Anywhere I am always amazed by the creations at Rossi & Rovetti Flowers - they've always had the fastest delivery in San Francisco, but their floral creations are a significant notch above anything that you'd see with a traditional florist. Their designers are European, but they also do Ikebana and specialize in other floral designs . They are a wonderful business in San Francisco. The customer service is second-to-none!
Bad experience – Ordered flowers fro BD, wasn't delivered on time, wrong arragment, wrong charge. Promised to get refund. No such thing. Don't deal with them.
The Best experience I have had – I made an error that caused a client to go out twice into the pouring rain today. As a gesture of apology, I ordered a floral arrangement from Rossi & Rovetti. I placed the order a little after 1:30pm and the flowers were on my client's desk before 3:30pm----actually before he came back from the appointment!
