If you need flowers in SF go to Rossi & Rovetti. Their web site is the best I've ever seen. When the arrangement wasn't going to be exactly like the picture I received a personal phone call saying the branches in the picture were out of season and they needed to use a different branch. Bad experience – Ordered flowers fro BD, wasn't delivered on time, wrong arragment, wrong charge. Promised to get refund. No such thing. Don't deal with them.
The Best experience I have had – I made an error that caused a client to go out twice into the pouring rain today. As a gesture of apology, I ordered a floral arrangement from Rossi & Rovetti. I placed the order a little after 1:30pm and the flowers were on my client's desk before 3:30pm----actually before he came back from the appointment! You have got to be kidding! – I feel compelled to edit my first review that was dated 10/10/09. I gave Rossi & Rovetti one star and wrote that I would never recommend or use them again. On 10/11/09, Jason contacted me and explained what had happened the previous day. He made sure that my girl friend received a beautiful arrangement that evening,(all the way over on the south side of S.F. near the airport), as she had to remain in the area for several days once released from the hospital. Beautiful Arrangements – I received an arrangement for my birthday back in 2005 and was really impressed by their quality of flowers and creative arrangements. Ever since then I used Rossi & Rovetti for my orders in the last few years and it has been a great experience every time. Having the option of same-day delivery is absolutely wonderful. Each time I have ordered, the deliveries have always been on time and fast. Customer service is efficient and caring too! I can't thank you enough for making my life easier.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & DESIGNS – Company isn't even ran by florists the manager does not even have any floral experience !
Best florist in town – Faultless service. I placed an order via the website and had some changes and specific requests to make afterwards. My requests were responded to immediately and the arrangement was delivered within just a few hours. Great arrangement which looked even better than the picture on the website.
