He answers all my questions in a timely manner, and has been able to refinance my mortgage for a lower rate AND save me money! We just refinanced our 30 year FHA loan to a 15 year conventional through Ross. Our payment barely changed and we will be saving 10's of thousands of dollars in interest payments. Our loan officer, Benjamin Komer, was so helpful. He answered all (I had a lot) of our questions extremely quick and thoroughly about our different options. The process was so easy and quick.
