Not a good experience, I wish I could say it was. No one likes to complain, as in this day and age it usually falls on deaf ears and usually nothing is done to rectify the experience! Our Lender was well aware that we wanted to close on 7/1; per our Sales Contract we had to close by 7/8. We were told by our Lender 7/1 "should" be no problem, since we responded to all her requests and had all of our documents in so quickly (most before the Sales Contract was signed).
