Just finished up my refinance with Matt Kooistra and Ross Mortgage. This is my 2nd time working with Matt and he could not have made it easier or less stressful! I loved the ease of communication and working with the online portal for all the paperwork!

Jenny Miller was such a huge help during the buying process. She answered questions that my realtor couldn't and was very on top of things. This was very reassuring as a first time home buyer. I will definitely use Ross Mortgage and Jenny Miller when I purchase another home.
