I laughed when I saw the email to review them. Their underwriter is fabulous but my loan officer was a joke and sat on my paperwork and didn't answer emails in a timely matter.. Thank god I had an amazing realtor who was on the ball or I still wouldn't be in my new home.
This is the second time I have used Craig Chamberlain for my mortgage. First time was to buy my house. The second was to refinance. He is AWESOME! Both times were completely painless. No hassle whatsoever. I have referred him to everyone I know that is even thinking about a mortgage. If I ever need another mortgage. Craig is definately my go to guy!
I truly enjoyed working with Jennifer Miller and her team of experts through Ross Mortgage. Ms. Miller was knowledgeable, easy to understand and never hesitated to answer my questions. I was nervous at the beginning however working with Ms. Miller eased my fears. Thank so much! :-)
