We just closed on our first home yesterday!!! Ross Mortgage was absolutely incredible to work with. We were referred to James Biocchi and also worked with Tim Fox. The communication was outstanding and they were always in close contact. It was so nice to have them both at closing with us! I HIGHLY recommend them and will continue to do business with them in the future.
My husband and I recently purchased our new home through Ross Mortgage with a VA Loan. Matt Kooistra was an absolute pleasure to work with. He clearly knows this business, and was exceptional in facilitating a quick closing for us as our previous residence closed and we had a very short window of time to move. Great people. Always there when you have a question. Also worked with getting our closing done on short notice because of a time off work issue. They go above and beyond. Matt and david are awesome!! Would give 10 stars if that was a option!!!
I went through Ross in Flint and Dione was may mortgage rep, and she was great!!! My mortgage was a little more difficult than a normal mortgage, Dione and her team worked extremely hard to get it done in a very quick manner. They kept me updated on everything that was going on in my mortgage and explained everything in a manner I could understand. She pretty much held my hand through the whole process and took the frustration out of getting a home loan... If I do this again, I will definitely contact Dione to handle it!!! T... read more
