My initial experience at Ross and Fredrickson was pleasant, satisfying and it convinced me that they will be my dentists from now on! They spent time with me, answered my many questions and I felt like they really cared about my dental health!!
I received an cleaning of my teeth and they Hygienist was very friendly. I met Dr. Ross for the first time, and he was very friendly. In fact today, the whole office was friendly and that is good for 7:30 a.m.
This was my first visit to Dr. Fredrickson's office. From the receptionist on everyone was friendly and helpful. I am a nervous dentist goer. They all put me right at ease. Very thorough exam.
My husband and I are relatively new residents of this area, and had not yet looked for a dentist. When I recently lost a crown right in the front of my mouth, I called Ross and Fredrickson Dental. The staff folks were very helpful and got me in right away. I'm very impressed with the service I received.
