Went in for my first appointment. The whole office was friendly and efficient! I was actually in the dentist chair before by appointment officially started!
Always a pleasure having dental work at your office. Staff always more than just friendly and willing to help with all issues. Lack of frequent staff turnover tells much about work environment and employer/employee relationships. Thanks always for past help and knowing I can rely on the Dr Kendon Ross folks in the future.

Everyone at Ross & Fredrickson works hard to ensure that a visit to the dentist can be a pleasant experience. The quality of care is outstanding. The receptionists, assistants and Dr Ross are all considerate and careful to explain everything. I recommend them highly.
