Words many times cannot explain how a person feels after being treated by professionals in a dentist's office. This is the first time that I was given the VIP treatment from my first steps into the reception area to the handling of finances at the end of my visit. Thank You for the kindness and concern shown with my "emergency" tooth pain. You will be highly recommended to anyone I meet that needs the compassionate services of a dental team.

Recently, I visited Dr. Ross and Fredrickson's dental office. The visit was amazing. Every aspect exceeded my expectations from the professional, friendly staff to the care given while having my teeth cleaned to the subsequent preparation and placement of a crown. Dr. Fredrickson explained everything and worked with the utmost care. I look forward to my next visit!

My experience was good. I was there for a cleaning and six month check up. Everyone was prompt and pleasant.
My first appointment for cleaning was outstanding. Confident, capable staff guided by an outstanding dentist. On time with no wasted time. Great first impression.
when my cap on a molar came loose I called and was able to be seen at 7:00am the next morning. They had to take several xrays of tooth and extra shots of novacane . Even tho its been a while since they installed the cap they sent me home "no charge" proveing they stand by their work! Could not be a more sastisfied customer!

This is a great practice. Very well organized with friendly, competent dentists and techs. We recommend them all the time. They really work hard to prevent unnecessary pain.
