Dr. Ross is one of the friendliest dentist I have ever been to. He was always great with my boys when the were little and teenagers. The staff is genially friendly and helpful.
Barry and I have been going to Dr. Ross for over 15 years. The staff us so friendly and Dr. Ross is an excellent dentist and very personable.

Always a good visit to Ross & Fredrickson. Everyone is friendly, from the front desk to Dr. Ross and Dr. Fredrickson.. The cleaning by Melissa was very thorough, as always. Never wait when I have an appointment - always start on time or even a little early. A couple years ago when I broke a tooth, someone even came in on the weekend to take care of me. Great service!

I was impressed with every aspect of my visit. They got me in very quickly, even though I was a brand new patient (lucky for me, as 2 of my teeth were literally coming apart!) Dr. Fredrickson and her assistants went out of their way to answer all my questions, and kept me informed on what was going on when I wasn't able to ask. I spent over 2 hours in the chair on that visit and they made me feel very comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend them.
