Always receive excellent care by all staff from front office, dental assistant, dental hygienist, and physican. I highly recommend this office to my friends and my patients seen at Mountain Lakes Family Care here in Seneca.

Dr. Ross is one of the friendliest dentist I have ever been to. He was always great with my boys when the were little and teenagers. The staff is genially friendly and helpful.

Always a good visit to Ross & Fredrickson. Everyone is friendly, from the front desk to Dr. Ross and Dr. Fredrickson.. The cleaning by Melissa was very thorough, as always. Never wait when I have an appointment - always start on time or even a little early. A couple years ago when I broke a tooth, someone even came in on the weekend to take care of me. Great service!
