RecommendedWe checked into the hotel and were given a lovely room. Regrettably we had to move to a different room as the shower was not working properly. The second room change did not last long as it did not appear to have been prepared to the hotels standards. I visited the front desk where my disappointment was immediately turned around. RecommendedGreat staff, plenty of attention to detail. The pool is terrible!!! It’s way to small for a hotel of this caliber and there is nowhere to enjoy or sit at the pool. The restaurants are fantastic. If you don’t care about the pool this is the place for you.

RecommendedCustomer attentiveness and service was extraordinary!! The hotel’s General Manager actually carried my bags to the door for me and arranged for the hotel courtesy vehicle to take me to my destination. The staff attended to everything I could possibly have wanted or needed. Will definitely be staying at the Crescent Court again!
