I stayed here when traveling to Dallas for work. Beautiful hotel with great amenities. I was most impressed with the fitness center. Full fledged gym with a sauna… can’t beat that. Unfortunately, after my stay, I was charged for a $40 item from the snack bar in my room that I didn’t take. After calling the hotel and having to speak with several people, they finally removed the charge. Other than this, I had a great experience.

The Hotel Crescent Court presents itself as a 5 star hotelwith luxury branding and steep price tags, but our recent stay proved that high prices don't guarantee high standards. Based on other reviews, I was already a bit concerned about a pretentious attitude, and our experience confirmed it. The front desk staff operated with an air of indifference. We we raised multiple issues during our stay, and we were met with zero genuine empathy or actionable effort to resolve anything beyond an insincere, scripted "sorry." The room ... read more

Booked The Crescent through Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts and had a fantastic stay. I received an upgrade and the room was gorgeous, clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The location is perfect, especially for business meetings, and everything felt convenient and well done. Nobu was amazing, and The Conservatory was equally impressive. Overall, The Crescent was exactly what I needed for this trip and absolutely somewhere I would stay again. I will definitely be staying here again.
