Great 2nd stay here coming for SMU graduation. Cesar somehow always remembers my name whenever I come out the elevator and greets me when I’m just walking through the lobby, never had this happen at a hotel before - even 5 stars. Great experience with Keelie checking items and checking out.The spa experience was nice. Highly recommend for a 4 star hotel.
