Suite is a bit dated but I understand they are remodeling. The staff is amazing as always.
Stayed here for 4 days. The room service is great as is the Restaurant attached to the hotel; The Crecent Club and Nobu.
The workers were awesome. But for the money not worth it. Smelled very mildew and was very expensive.
Enjoyed the layout and cleanliness but several of the male staff acted like it was killing them to assist me. Not sure if it was a language barrier or their culture toward women but I spend that kind of money for service, not to tolerate their views on women.
My favorite hotel in Dallas! I love everything about this place. We got a brand new room and loves the new features.
