Great new manager in place at this apartment complex. Used to manage Pine Highland apartments and turned them around. He now works at these apartments and if you stop by, you'll definitely see changes he is making. His residents are not residents, but his family and he will treat you as such.(and not like your evil step sister..lol)
Exceptional property! Beautifully manicured grounds, and pool. Extremely safe. Minutes from airport, restaurants, etc. Could not be happier. Candice and staff have taken exceptional care of me and the rest of the executives of our company staying in the executive furnished suites. I highly recommend Rosewood Apartments. I really don't understand negative remarks by others here. Don't be misled by them.
