We love it here at rosewood! We feel so safe and truly cared about by the office workers and the maintenance men! Thank y’all for always being a smiling face :)
My Mom has been living here for two years. The grounds are well cared for and she enjoys Quiet neighbors. The Response time to maintenance requests is excellent (Thanks Bryan and Jason) and proactive Routine maintenance is well done.
Manager is very knowledgeable about the area, rates are fair for this part of Alexandria, the apartments look great. Would definitely consider before making our final decision. Love the neighborhood.
I have lived here for a year and I've definitely enjoyed it. The pool area is nice, plus there is a large open field near the volleyball net for any other outdoor activity. The landscaping is kept up with very well and I haven't had any problems with my apartment as long as I've been here. Stacy always does a great job in the front office with anything I need or concerns I have
