If I could give them one star I would from the creepy sales guy Chris to the sales "management" Hesam guy who didn't even know how to speak, they are the ABSOLUTE worst car dealership and they will do everything possible to make you get in a car just too take it back even after being a loyal customer being this was our 3rd car we were getting from them!!! Bought a brand new 2017 Kia Optima EX and have 25,000 miles on it. Had several things break on the vehicle (trunk latch, electric seats, blower motors) all covered under warranty and after voicing my displeasure/uneasiness with Bob Nielson there I was put into discussions of them buying the vehicle back etc. I met with the sales person who had nothing prepared even though it was a set meeting, was told i would have a free rental car because they had to order the part and i would not get the car back for a couple days.....thi... read more
