I went here on 12/19/22 to purchase a vehicle. They told me I am approved on the phone. I go there and am there for over 4 hours. I left with the car. They call me back later that week to come sign another form they forgot, so I did. Then 11 days after purchasing the car they call and say Im not approved because they dont feel I can afford the payment. So they had my income at the time of purchase. This dealership has horrible sales tactics. They are very predatory, deceptive and apply tons of pressure. They use a lot of jargon to hide that they are using their customer's lack of financial literacy to their advantage, hiding extremely high APRs, framing a payment plan to make a car appear affordable, all while selling cars to people who clearly can't afford them. These are unethical and potential criminal sales practices.

Do not take your vehicle to be serviced here! Jan. 2021 I took my 2014 ******** for a ******** gear assembly recall & when I put it in drive to pull off the lot I immediately felt the steering was not right, it felt like a wound up rubber band. ******* maybe it was just me so drove around for 1/2 hr but it still felt bad. I took it back & when I told **** what I felt he immediately said "We didn't do anything that would affect the steering"...it was a recall for the ******** gear assembly! Absolutely the worst dealership in N.CA. Service mgr Vic is the most unprofessional, dishonest, and all around no good. He strives to get the dealer and it's half competent "technicians" out of any responsibility for their poor workmanship. They WILL LITERALLY DO AND SAY ANYTHING TO GET OUT OF HAVING TO FIX OR CORRECT POOR WORKMANSHIP. If I could give them one star I would from the creepy sales guy Chris to the sales "management" Hesam guy who didn't even know how to speak, they are the ABSOLUTE worst car dealership and they will do everything possible to make you get in a car just too take it back even after being a loyal customer being this was our 3rd car we were getting from them!!! Bought a brand new 2017 Kia Optima EX and have 25,000 miles on it. Had several things break on the vehicle (trunk latch, electric seats, blower motors) all covered under warranty and after voicing my displeasure/uneasiness with Bob Nielson there I was put into discussions of them buying the vehicle back etc. I met with the sales person who had nothing prepared even though it was a set meeting, was told i would have a free rental car because they had to order the part and i would not get the car back for a couple days.....thi... read more

Great place to purchase a vehicle at. My husband and I purchased ours this last summer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not pushy or in your face.
