A family member recently has a negative experience at this dealership that reportedly stretched acceptable business ethics albeit behavior that is all too familiar in the car sales industry.
They sold me a car that was in an accident, and as it turns out, they didn't even fix the problems that were there after the accident. Now I'll have to spend my own money on diagnosing the problems and find a lawyer to break the contract with the dealership.

I purchased a used 2023 kia ***** Told them I didn't want Lojack, Tracker and SafeCat. Discovered on my sale contract that I had been charged for all 3. Asked them to remove the charges. They said the products were installed on the vehicle. Just because they are installed on a used vehicle doesn't mean I want the service I should have to pay for unwanted service. They were unwilling to remove the charges. That is like forcing me to buy an insurance plan that I don't want. Very unethical!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusted with the quality of service I received here. I dropped my car off for an oil change and warranty items and didnt receive any call to pick it up. So I had to call a day later and they told me it has been ready and that they called me but I have zero records or any call made to my phone. ****** told me the warranty items were looked at and it would be a week or two until the warranty team got back and I would receive a call. Terrible customer service! We bought a car recently and the salesperson said it hadn't been in any accidents. It was nighttime when we bought it and when we got home we noticed several scratches on the front bumper. We called the dealership and they said they would try to fix it but would need approval. So I iwent to get my car smogged (at other place) and failed due to engine light being on (due to recall from 2023) I didnt know that would effect the smog check. I had actually called *** several months ago in regards to this and was told there was no fix at this time. Regarding M.R. ***** vehicle and complaint, I believe there was a miss communication . ************* was assuming his safety recall SC284XM brake fuse which is part of the braking system Not the engine controls system malfunction which will cause check engine light on and would not be able to smog vehicle . Told them exactly what was wrong with my daughters car and had to take it back twice and it's still not fixed after almost $1000 bill and the second time I took it in and explained what part need to be replaced got it back and the next day the check engine light came back on and after I inspected the part that needed to be replaced I seen that it was only cleaned off to make look like a new part, extremely terrible mechanics there and very bad service people that never answer calls or call back
