Terrible customer service! We bought a car recently and the salesperson said it hadn't been in any accidents. It was nighttime when we bought it and when we got home we noticed several scratches on the front bumper. We called the dealership and they said they would try to fix it but would need approval. For a month we tried to contact someone and they would not return our calls. We even stopped by and they took pictures and said they would get back to us but never did. So I iwent to get my car smogged (at other place) and failed due to engine light being on (due to recall from 2023) I didnt know that would effect the smog check. I had actually called *** several months ago in regards to this and was told there was no fix at this time. After I left I called *** in Roseville and asked about the recall and was told that they had a fix so I made an appointment for Saturday March 18th. Regarding M.R. ***** vehicle and complaint, I believe there was a miss communication . ************* was assuming his safety recall SC284XM brake fuse which is part of the braking system Not the engine controls system malfunction which will cause check engine light on and would not be able to smog vehicle . Told them exactly what was wrong with my daughters car and had to take it back twice and it's still not fixed after almost $1000 bill and the second time I took it in and explained what part need to be replaced got it back and the next day the check engine light came back on and after I inspected the part that needed to be replaced I seen that it was only cleaned off to make look like a new part, extremely terrible mechanics there and very bad service people that never answer calls or call back

Very professional clean waiting room was greeted helped immediately Electric EV6 so not much had to be done on 1 year service checked for any recalls had none Very satisfied

In December 2022 I took my 2020 Sorento in for its 15k mile service. As my husband always does, he marked my tires prior to me taking it in. I took the car for service, waited in store for 2 hrs and came home. My husband checked the tires that evening and they were not rotated. I went back in & told them and I was only questioned, doubted and argued with. Takes over 3 hours for oil changes which I dont believe they do correctly! I had someone look at my car after and the oil was low and I had to add in after paying $139 which is very high! The guy helping me was very rude! My original reason for scheduling was to fix my recall and I thought I might as well do my oil change since I live in Sac and Roseville is a bit out the way, they told me parts were in and I just needed to schedule then when they call to say my phone is done they told me they didnt have the part to fix it! ... read more
