Very professional clean waiting room was greeted helped immediately Electric EV6 so not much had to be done on 1 year service checked for any recalls had none Very satisfied

In December 2022 I took my 2020 Sorento in for its 15k mile service. As my husband always does, he marked my tires prior to me taking it in. I took the car for service, waited in store for 2 hrs and came home. My husband checked the tires that evening and they were not rotated. I went back in & told them and I was only questioned, doubted and argued with. Takes over 3 hours for oil changes which I dont believe they do correctly! I had someone look at my car after and the oil was low and I had to add in after paying $139 which is very high! The guy helping me was very rude! My original reason for scheduling was to fix my recall and I thought I might as well do my oil change since I live in Sac and Roseville is a bit out the way, they told me parts were in and I just needed to schedule then when they call to say my phone is done they told me they didnt have the part to fix it! ... read more

Classic bait and switch dealership. They claim that its company policy to only negotiate when the customer is at the dealership. They got me there, didnt even have the car I asked about, and tried to rip me off. For one, they markup way over MSRP when the car is selling for thousands under MSRP everywhere else. Then they have required add-ons that were not mentioned and claim their prices are lowest. According to the **** dealers are not allowed to require customers to pay for any add-ons. I took my car to the Roseville kia dealership today to be serviced. When i went to pick up my car, the receptionist signed me out and handed me the wrong keys. No one walked to the lot with me to help me find my car. I walked around for at least 10m trying to find my car only to find someone elses car making a chirp that was coming from the key fob that the receptionist gave me. I walked back inside to tell them about it and they spent another 15m trying to find my keys. She told me that she couldnt find them and then called... read more

I am utterly disgusted with this place and how they do business. From sales to services, the lying and disrespect is unimaginable. Please take your hard earned money somewhere else! What should have been a joyous occasion and moment for my little family became an absolute nightmare. We were robbed and disrespected on so many levels. They sold us a ***** NEW car with failed technology. In the process of getting it serviced we were given a disgusting uncleaned rental vehicle with used tissues and a VAPE! This is short to the point but the truth. I met at least 15 people at Roseville KIA. They are all great friendly people. They did everything they could do to put my wife and I in a vehicle. The absolute best team , crew salesman their is. I am 71, I have worked and lived in Europe, *************** and some Asian countries. I have never met anyone that helps others like my wife and I before. They are all Great at Roseville KIA
