I looked into retaining Rosenbaum and Associates and much to my surprise, my attorney with the firm Elizabeth Gray, was suspended for over a year for unprofessional conduct and substance abuse. She was very unprofessiinal, never returned phone calls, emails, and did a poor job. The firm is money based and will only take your case if they think that they can line their pockets as you are expendable to them. Do not use this place. They are liars and extremely slow. I finally had my deposition in January one month shy of three years. I was told I'd be getting settlement offers shortly. It's may and I can't even get them to call me back... They lie about time frames. Was told June of last year I'd do my deposition. Then Oct then finally January... The paralegal vm is always full. I'm flat broke and have sold almost all my possessions and Pets trying to make it by. I extremely regret picking them.
