This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. First off I live at the Renaissance Villas in Las Vegas, these apartments are horrible the office staff is VERY Disrespectful and should not be allowed to work in customer service because this isn't customer service. The absolute worst experience I've ever had working with an apartment complex. My search for apartments began around August/September of 2020. I did a tour with Tania and liked the facility so after a talk with my significant other, I decided to move forward. I sent in my application and had to wait for someone to get back to me. A dishonest company with unprofessional property managers. They engage in retribution. We have filed a complaint with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' Attorney General's Office and will be pursuing further legal action.
If you want slumlord tactics operating your facility please rent with these guys. They are perpetual liars using the internet to inform you that something will be fixed when in fact they never fix it. As a tenant I have lived with no hot water for 30 days, before that intermittent. There is trash everywhere, there are bugs everywhere. After a fire, they didn't repair damages for months until reporter to the city. Now they are sending maintenance persons to lie and insult us. Save yourself A LOT of hassle. I've been lied to, cheated out of hundreds of dollars and I can't tell you how much time I've had to spend dealing with these people's pure stupidity. I am moving shortly and can't wait to see what nonsense they are going to hit me with. From my research on the web they have a habit of hassling folks after move out for thousands of dollars. So I'm thinking it's going to be another nightmare. You don't want to live in any of their properties.

JUST SAY NO!!! THERE ARE MUCH BETTER OPTIONS! **** Great Hills Trail, Unit **** is uninhabitable. I have lived here for the past 22 months since 9/2017. I was concerned before moving in that the unit had mold due to the age of the apartments and the condition of the bathroom ceiling enclosure of the AC air handler.
