Do not move here unless you have no other options. If, you prefer ghetto living, then this is your place. They look nice on the outside but looks can be deceiving. The property is run down. Management has told me and other residents that they do not care about the property because they have enough going on in their own personal lives. They will rent you an apartment that is not up to code just to keep the complex filled with tenants. They want their salaries without decent and proper customer care. This property is not well versed in work ethics just incompetence and poor mgt skills. Taken over by a well known franchise Cushman and Wakefield, it doesn't surprise me that all the regionally managers are too at fault. Shouldn't be this bad but there are no real excuses except bad professionalism and staffing. Tired of excuses for upkeep of property and work to keep this establishment a safe haven for not just housing but security.

My experience with this company has been Horrible. I would like to speak to a regional manager for the Mooring apartments in league city.

I have never been so shocked by an apartment complex. I called and spoke with an agent about working with our clients who are from many nationalities. When we were speaking she was open and said she was willing to work with us. I sent in a staff member to who I accidentally told her name incorrectly. He went in and said he was looking for the staff member, she then replied you mean, her correct name and he said sorry I was given the wrong information. Worst property management company. We were charged for items that are not accurate upon or move out. Marisela C****** has admitted the owner fired pinnacle management because of charge discrepancies and we are stuck in the middle of that paying fees that are not fair and inaccurate.

I applied for an apartment at **************** in Kyle, TX. Unfortunately, or fortunately I was not approved. I was promised that the $200 application fee would be refunded in 30-45 days. It's been 60 days, several emails, texts and calls later. Still no refund. Honestly, the whole experience with these apartments has been negative. Don't waste your time here.

Do mot move here. They have had 4 sets of management since I have lived here. I had tried multiple times to set up maintenance to come in and do repairs I have been without a dishwasher 4 months. My ceiling had not been completed either. Everytime I try and make arrangements with the office no one shows up.

Awful property management. Management at my property in Dallas Texas would not fix my air conditioning even though it got up to 87 degrees in my apartment. Said the issue would be fixed on the following Monday even though the service request was put in on a Thursday night. My car was also broken into & I was told to "make a police report so they could add it to their file" but nothing was ever addressed or changed to prevent this. no working cameras.

The Building **** ***** St) has overcharged me $600 in parking over the last 4 months. No one seems to be responding to my emails from the Bowie. After posting on the internal bulletin Board they promised to give me a rent credit. While I waited for the credit they charged me at $396.60 late fee! That's $996.60. The Building is criminal
