Good food and service was great! Mother's birthday dinner. 5 yr son had a good time as well. Waiter helped us with a special dish for my son. Will definitely go back.
My boyfriend and I travel from Baltimore just to stop by and have dinner sometimes twice in one week, this place is great, the food is amazing and the staff are wonderful. We even have our favorite table we sit at, and they know us. I love (WE) love this place. We have shared Rose Tattoo Cafe to our friends in Philly and that's all they talk about. 😊😊
The service was awesome and Adam was outstanding along with the food! I will return with friends next time a must place to dine!
The Scallops were amazing with grilled leeks and bacon with baby potatoes!!!
This place is very nice staff is exceptional and very very honest! The atmosphere is very sophisticated! Great scenery! Not to mention their desserts to my understanding are made in house (fresh) smh WOW their key lime lemon meringue cheese cake was nothing less then perfect my son had creme brûlée for the first time and was very much impressed!
A must place to eat in Philadelphia! The Crab Augratin was awesome.
Great food, great drinks, great atmosphere, will be back when I am back in Town!!!
Food and Service were both wonderful. Would definitely go back.
