We come here every time we travel to Philly from Bel Air, MD. We LOVE the ambiance, and the menu never ceases to enthrall us. Last time we discovered their mushroom bisque—-OMg——it’s the best I have ever tasted!!! Will now have to order it each time we go, along with the filet egg roll, which is like a cheesesteak sub inside an egg roll!! The service was wonderful, got seated right away, the food was delicious and beautifully plated - tried the steak, salmon, flatbread and cheese tortellini, here for Mother's Day dinner!
We have been visiting the Rose Tattoo Cafe for at least four years now and always love the atmosphere and it’s perfect for a romantic dinner. The staff is always attentive and the food and service has always been top notch. If ever in the city of Philadelphia you owe it to yourself to visit and there is parking across the street 👍🏼
